FR8’s perspective is that coaching is a practical, results-driven method to discover what someone really wants to achieve in life generally and work in particular. To find out what you are passionate about and the path you can take to reach your goals.
FR8 does not deliver coaching strategies directly. We work together with a professional company, Greenhart by Marja den Braber & Stephan Scholten. They work mainly with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). NLP is a communication and influencing technique, which is known as “the heart and science of successful functioning.” Marja & Stephan have a great deal of experience in revealing deeply entrenched patterns and structures in common situations.
Through their professional experience, structured working methods, and organised approach, Greenhart will quickly identify the pertinent issues.(see also www.greenhart.nl)
