“Holding Pattern”

Lastly, we take the follow-up seriously. Even after you have decided to take on a candidate we have introduced to you, our service does not stop. We will keep in contact with you and your new manager to monitor his or her integration into your organisation. We are able to immediately respond to any points of concern and ensure they are addressed.
