We are currently looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our highly dynamic team either in Rochester, UK or in Würzburg, Germany. Other locations in Europe can also be considered.

Function
The Opportunity: Being part of the va-Q-tec sales team you will contribute to the company strategy and tactics. The complex selling environment and high quality services give you the possibility to excel within the pharmaceutical supply chain. Your geographical areas of responsibility can be defined jointly.

Your Responsibilities:

- Business development and identification of new customers (focus on pharmaceuti-cal industry)
- Negotiations of commercial terms
- You anticipate customer needs and ensure "total customer satisfaction" by offering the highest sales, product & service quality
- Implement cross-functional sales synergies with focus on our thermal packaging solutions
- Implementation of standard operating procedures
- Market and competition monitoring
- Promotion of va-Q-tec products
- Prepare and share account reporting - update CRM
- Directly reporting to the senior management
- Maximize sales volume within respective customer/product segment

Your Qualifications:
You have worked in Aviation, Logistics, Clinical Trials, Healthcare or Pharma and can demonstrate strong commercial acumen. Your winning personality helps you build relationships and solve problems by influencing people who come from a wide mix of countries and cultures. You like to work in a dynamic environment with a friendly and highly motivated team and have a "can do" attitude. You are willing to travel regularly, mainly in Europe and at times globally. You must speak English at business level. Any other language is an advantage (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian). Strong analytical capabilities are required.

Salary: Competitive, depending on qualifications and experience
