Voor 1 van de grootste internationale logisteke dienstverleners (200 landen) zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een 'Sales Executive - Freight" voor de zuidelijke regio van Nederland (Noord-Brabant, Limburg, Zeeland, Zuid-Holland ten zuiden van Rotterdam). Standplaats is Eindhoven alwaar ook de sales support is gevestigd.

Freight Sales - Reports to Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE
Grow the revenue according to the annual business plan. Establish new customer relationships and maintain, develop existing relationships. Direct control & organize sales activities across business units which drive our products, services and revenue.

KEY RESULT AREAS
• Responsible for Direct Customer Liaison and interface
• Responsible for Compliance with all companies Service Level Agreements
• Responsible for correct reporting of performance and delivery of KPI's
• Responsible for Business Intelligence, routing orders and station announcements
• Responsible for the delivery of Customer Signature on Memorandum of Understanding, Non Disclosure Agreement, Legal binding Contract, Master Operating Plan, Standard Operating Plans and/or Service Level Agreements as well as Tariff and Price Agreements
• Responsible to establish a continuous process of efficiency improvements based upon improved operations processes and systems functionalities
• Responsible for the provision of Root Cause and Preventative Corrective Actions for services tendered.
• Responsible for the correct hand-over of all customer responsibilities to Operations Management
• Responsible to Chair, minute and manage outputs to and from all Business Meetings

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years working experience in the logistics, transportation industry, of which two in forwarding (inside) Sales
• Tact full negotiator who understands the thin line between Compromise, Collaborate, Accommodate, Defeat and Withdraw
• High level of Analytical and Project Management Skills
• Profound communicator with excellent presentation and negotiating skills
• Good understanding of current IT Platforms, tools and the overall role of Supply Chain Management
• Fluent English and Dutch both written and verbally
• Willing to work in incentive based remuneration environment

• Act as a team player by helping out in (complex) situations, be pro active, look beyond your own job description to provide the necessary assistance
• Interact with customers, to sell product, be of service, solve initial problems, give feedback
• Interact with operations management to optimize our services
• Interact with finance management to optimize our financial position
• Responsiveness, react smoothly in a time sensitive way
• Interact with the management in general in a cooperative way to constantly improve our services, processes and quality
